Laura Bratt

Laura Bratt, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as a Benefits and HR Specialist at Kamps Pallets since August 2016. In this role, Laura acts as a point of contact for employee insurance inquiries and collaborates with insurance carriers to resolve employee issues. Previous positions include Regional HR and Safety Coordinator, where Laura served as the HR liaison between corporate and plant operations, and Employment Specialist, coordinating staffing plans and job listings. Earlier experience includes teaching ESL at Aquincum Angol-Magyar Két Tanítási Nyelvű Általános Iskola, acting as an Academic Coach at Calvin College, and event planning for the West Michigan Environmental Action Council, where Laura received the Intern of the Year Award in 2014. Laura holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Calvin University.
