Rich Pattison

Rich Pattison is an experienced professional specializing in continuous improvement and operational excellence. Currently serving as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Kamps Pallets since April 2023, Rich leads the development and standardization of best practices, focusing on enhancing safety, customer satisfaction, cost-effectiveness, and employee engagement. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Dealer Operations Consultant and Senior Lean Enterprise Consultant at Haworth, where Rich supported the dealer network and improved operational processes across North America. Previous positions include Industrial Engineering Manager at Chrysler, North American Operational Excellence Leader at Tower Automotive, and consulting for RWD Technologies, among others. Rich holds a BSBA in Business/Mathematics and an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science from Ferris State University.
