Mayur Patil

Mayur Patil is an Associate Consultant at Kamsa. Prior to joining Kamsa, Mayur worked as a Commission Analyst at Compass from November 2020 to July 2021. In this role, Mayur processed agent commissions based on NY state laws and compliance while examining agent’s contract to ensure payment was paid out timely. Mayur also coordinated various finance and accounting projects including open A/R and pending cash to ensure they were booked correctly for month-end reporting. Additionally, Mayur oversaw the closing payment process to ensure that the company retained the correct broker fee via wire, check, ACH as well as they were recorded and deposited in to correct escrow accounts. To streamline payments to agents, Mayur created reports, invoices and bills via Oracle NetSuite.

Before working at Compass, Mayur was employed as a Financial Analyst at FirstService Residential New York from July 2021 to February 2022. In this role, Mayur was responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing reports to support decision-making within the organization.

Prior to their role as a Financial Analyst, Mayur worked as an Assistant Property Manager-New Development at FirstService Residential New York from July 2019 to November 2020. In this role, Mayur assisted the Property Manager with day-to-day operations of the property and provided support during lease negotiations and move-ins/move-outs.

Mayur began their career in the finance industry as an intern at Kamlesh Shah Designs, Inc. from May 2017 to August 2017. In this role, they assisted with bookkeeping and administrative tasks. After their internship, Mayur became the Building Operations Manager at Davenport University where they worked from August 2017 to April 2019. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing building operations and maintenance, as well as managing a team of custodial staff.

Mayur Patil has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Davenport University in Business Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Davenport University in Finance.
