Vesa Uotila

Vesa Uotila is the current Director of Business Development at Kamux Oy. Vesa has also served as a Board Member for Kreate Oy from March 2014 to January 2020, and as a Board Vice Member and non-executive director / board member at Kamux from December 2011 to January 2020. During their time with Kamux, the company has grown from a domestic player with €70+m turnover to a European leader in used car retail with €600+m turnover and presence in Finland, Sweden and Germany. Kamux Oyj was successfully listed on Helsinki Stock Exchange main list in 2017.

Uotila has also served as a Board Member for Normek from October 2011 to May 2019, and as a Non Executive Director for Delete Group Oy from August 2010 to August 2013.

From January 2008 to June 2008, Uotila worked as an Investment Professional and Partner for Intera Partners. In this role, they were responsible for M&A analysis for Wärtsilä.

Vesa Uotila has a Masters in Economics from the Helsinki School of Economics and specializes in accounting and finance.

They are on a team with Marko Lehtonen - CFO, Mikko-Heikki Inkeroinen - Chief Digital Officer, and Marjo Nurmi - Chief People Office. Vesa Uotila reports to Juha Kalliokoski, CEO.
