Malien Pham Tingpalpong is an experienced professional currently serving as the Education and Outreach Coordinator at KAN-WIN since August 2024. Prior to this role, Malien held positions at HANA Center as a Youth Community Organizer Fellow and Civic Leadership Fellow from July 2022 to May 2024, and worked as a General Office Aide in the Global Asian Studies Program between February 2022 and May 2023. Additional experience includes serving as a Project Assistant at The Advocacy Project in 2020, a Politics and Advocacy Writer for The New Voice, and a Summer Intern at AAA in 2019. Malien holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Asian Studies with a minor in Communications from the University of Illinois Chicago, completed in May 2024, and has also studied Journalism and Political Science at American University from 2020 to 2021. Malien graduated from Fenton High School in 2020 with a High School Diploma.
