Helen Berg is an experienced professional in human resources and people development, currently serving as the People & Culture Manager at KAN since February 2017. Previously, Helen held various leadership roles, including Head of Human Resources and Project Manager at Media Evolution from March 2012 to February 2017, where responsibilities included managing recruitment, learning and development, and team development plans. Additional experience includes positions as Learning and Development Manager at DSB Sverige AB, Training Manager at Folkuniversitetet, and Key Account Manager at AB Previa, among others. Helen began their career as a Nursing Assistant at Bellevuegårdens vårdhem and volunteered with the Dublin Simon Community. Educational qualifications include a Fil Kand degree in Political Science from Lund University and further studies at the University of Gothenburg and Heleneholms gymnasium.
