Dan Negru is a seasoned television presenter and host with extensive experience across several prominent Romanian media outlets, including Kanal D, Antena 1, Prime Television Chișinău, and TVR Romania. In addition to television, Dan also has experience in radio broadcasting, having served as a radio host at Radio Constanta Radio Vacanta. Dan Negru pursued higher education at the West University of Timisoara, where studies included a Doctorand degree in Journalism from 2018 to 2021.

In March 2019, Radio Impuls, a radio network with coverage in the most important cities of the country, enters the portfolio of Dogan Media International, thus joining Kanal D TV channe. Recently, Radio Impuls obtained CNA approval for new broadcast licenses, so that the station will soon have 19 frequencies. Kanal D's Digital Division has expanded this year with the launch of theXclusive, a bold, innovative project that includes several shows, exclusive online productions, which can be accessed on theXclusive's YouTube channel. Also, in the Digital portfolio of Dogan Media International is the WOWNews channel. At 16 years after its first broadcast, Kanal D Romania has become one of the most watched and loved TV stations on the Romanian media market, creating strong communities and generating interactivity through complex online platform. Recently, Kanal D obtained CNA approval for the takeover of Bucharest TV and started a rebranding process, so that the public will soon enjoy a new television: Kanal D2.
