Gabriella Gisele Hernandez

Gabriella Gisele Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Gabriella Gisele started their career in 2007 as a Corporate Administrative Assistant at Wilmington Trust and later held the same position at Merrill Lynch from 2009 to 2014. In 2014, they served as a Policy Intern at the Cayman Islands Government and then worked as a Project Coordinator at AtWater Consulting Ltd in 2014.

From 2015 to 2018, Gabriella worked as a Public Relations and Outreach Coordinator at the Central Caribbean Marine Institute and as a Trustee- Corporate and Private Trusts Officer at The Citco Group of Companies. In 2018, they joined Sustainable Ventures as a Community and Communications Lead until 2019.

Gabriella then transitioned into the entrepreneurship field, serving as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Demium from 2019 to 2022. Gabriella Gisele continued their entrepreneurial journey as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Lanzadera in 2022. Most recently, they co-founded KANARA Sportech in 2021 and currently holds the position of Co-Founder & CMO.

Gabriella Gisele Hernandez has a strong educational background in law, public policy, management, and international studies. From 2014 to 2018, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Public Policy and Management at SOAS University of London. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2014, they completed their Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at the University of Buckingham, specializing in law. Before their university education, Gabriella received their International Baccalaureate at United World College Costa Rica from 2009 to 2011.

Furthermore, Gabriella has also obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in fields such as creativity and artificial intelligence, ESG risks and opportunities, digital marketing and e-commerce, project management, user interface design, and environmental law and policy. Some of the institutions they received certifications from include Parsons School of Design - The New School, Wharton Online, Google, California Institute of the Arts, and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
