Jim Ratliff

Jim Ratliff has over a decade of experience in the blasting and construction industry, currently serving as a Blasting Foreman at Kanawha Stone Company since July 2017. Prior to this role, Jim was a Blaster at R.L. Caudill Construction from March 2016 to July 2017 and a Web Developer at Bit Source from March 2015 to March 2016, where Jim focused on creating and maintaining well-designed, testable code. Jim's earlier experience includes five years as a Lead Blaster/Driller at Austin Powder Company, where responsibilities included blast design, public safety, inventory management, and compliance with blasting laws. Jim holds a College Prep Diploma from Johnson Central High School, earned from 1992 to 1996.
