Todd Little is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the fields of Agile leadership, product development, and software technology. Currently serving as Chairman at Kanban University since August 2017, Todd oversees professional training and consulting services in management and leadership. As Co-Founder and Sr. Consultant at Accelinnova, Todd provides Agile leadership consulting across various organizations. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Development at IHS, where Todd managed a globally distributed team focused on software solutions for the oil and gas sector, and Director of Software and Technology at Halliburton, overseeing development across exploration and production software. Todd's career began as a Product Manager at Western Atlas Software, driving new product lines and revenue growth. Todd holds a BS in Chemical Engineering from Iowa State University, an MS in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Houston, and an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management.

With the motivation to manage and improve professional service businesses as well as providing a humane change method, the roots of the method are found in Lean Manufacturing.
