Karolina Dacheva

Karolina Dacheva has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. In 2013, they completed an Industrial Work Placement at Airbus and an Internship at BULATSA. In 2014, they served as Co-President of Vimprove and an Intern at SAMENT. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Rolls-Royce in various roles, including Operations Management Summer Intern, Manufacturing Engineer, Buyer, and MRP Controller. In 2018, they held the role of Purchasing Specialist at Lufthansa Technik Sofia, and since 2019 they have been the Head of Partnerships at Kanbanize.

Karolina Dacheva has a diverse educational background. Karolina began their formal education in 2005 when they obtained their Diploma for Secondary Education from Sofia's High School of Mathematics, where they studied Mathematics and Computer Science. In 2012, they graduated with a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol. In 2014, they attended Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Műnchen and Massachusetts Institute of Technology. In 2018-2019, they attended 9 Academy for Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies. In 2019, they obtained an Agile Software Development with Scrum certificate from Software University (SoftUni). Karolina also holds a number of certifications, such as Power BI Desktop from DeviseExpert, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute, Kanban Management Professional and Kanban System Design (KMP I) from Kanban University, Teilnahmebestätigung für B2 from Goethe-Institut e.V., Green Belt and Yellow Belt from Rolls-Royce, International English Language Testing System (IELTS) and Cambridge English: Advanced (CAE) from British Council, University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations, and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from Project Management Institute.
