Martina Kriviradeva

Martina Kriviradeva has worked in two companies. Martina started their career in 2018 at Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, they supported and assisted English and Spanish-speaking customers of the brands/products, receiving inbound and making outbound calls. In 2021, they joined Kanbanize as a Sales Development Representative. There, they were responsible for B2B communication in Spanish and English, preparing personalized email campaigns and sequences, and handling all new sales and demo requests from the website or inside the product.

Martina Kriviradeva obtained their Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language and Literature from the Universidad de Granada between 2014 and 2018. Martina then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration - MBA from the Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Martina has obtained certifications from Kanban University, European Software Institute - Center Eastern Europe (ESI CEE), and Kanbanize. These certifications are Kanban System Design (obtained in July 2022), Scrum for Managers and Key Experts (obtained in July 2022), and Three Simple Practices for Effective Teams (no date provided).
