During our careers in recruitment and selection, we have been regularly asked to help students in the third grade in high school, or during a break before studying, to find out what would be sensible subjects to study. For just them.

These have been rewarding assignments where we have been able to use all the expertise we possess.

We understand personality and we understand what motivates people. We know a lot about which educations there are and, not least, we know what our business clients, and clients in the public sector, look for when they hire.

That is why we have decided to make such advice a service.

When we give advise in this way, it is just as important to get a grasp on what work you may not be comfortable with doing. Do you really want to become a nurse if a process with us makes you understand that you are not genuinely interested in people and do not have a "helping gene" in your personality?

It is not possible to say for sure which job will bring you the most happiness in life. But you have taken a giant leap toward a good life if a program with one of us makes you avoid going through an education that seems obviously wrong to you.

The advisors in KanBli.no are Lin Therese Reese and Stig-Rune Reese. Both have long experience from recruitment, selection and consulting work through the companies A`HEAD Executive and Mercuri Urval.

Our office is in Stavanger, but we are happy to give advice anywhere else via Skype or Teams, etc.

Welcome to us!
