Hunter Walsh has accumulated diverse experience in the field of human resources and retail. From March 2015 to May 2021, Hunter worked as a Retail Assistant at Kmart Australia Limited. Subsequently, roles at Kanda included Employment Relations Partner and People & Culture Business Partner, both in September 2025. Hunter also served at CRUX Management Services Pty Ltd from June 2021 to August 2022 in various capacities, including People & Culture Administration Officer and People & Culture Advisor. A brief tenure as a Human Resources Administration Officer at Southern Cross Support Services occurred in May 2021. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources Management and Services from CQUniversity and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Leadership while also studying a Graduate Certificate in Data Analytics at QUT.
