Dave McKechnie

Dave McKechnie is a Partner in Employment and Labour Relations at McMillan LLP since May 2002, providing expert advice to management clients on various aspects of employment and labour law, and representing clients before multiple labour tribunals, including those concerning workplace safety, employment insurance, and employment standards. Prior experience includes serving as a Litigation Clerk at Thompson Coburn from June 1997 to August 2000, where responsibilities included research assistance, file management, and support for transaction work and international trade matters. Dave McKechnie holds an LLB in Law from the University of Toronto (2000-2003) and a BA (Honours) in English and Religion from Swarthmore College (1993-1997).
