Olga Volzhankina

Olga Volzhankina currently serves as the Head of Key Account Management at SoftTeco, while also fulfilling the role of Project Manager at Kanda Software since September 2020. Prior to these positions, Olga held the title of Chief Specialist at BSBBank from June 2005 to March 2020. Olga's expertise includes managing product backlogs, planning and evaluating product progress, researching and analyzing competitors' solutions, and providing strategic suggestions to stakeholders. Additionally, Olga is skilled in requirements documentation, business process modeling, and requirements elicitation and management.
