Currently, Jaideep serves as the Founder of Kandle, a company dedicated to reducing user churn and increasing lifetime value for crypto exchanges. Previously, Jaideep held the position of Chief Business Officer for InsurTech at LocoNav Inc., managing a substantial $15 million business and leading mergers and acquisitions. As Vice President and Global Business Head at the same company, Jaideep successfully built a tech-enabled insurance business from the ground up, achieving $10 million in annual revenue.
