Daria Shirokova has a diverse work experience, starting as an Intern at the Permanent Mission of the Russian Federation to the United Nations office and the WTO in Geneva in 2010. Daria then worked as an Intern at the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Department of Trade Negotiations in 2011. Later that year, they became a Marketing Coordinator at MAG IAS, LLC for a brief period. In 2011, they also worked as a Consultant to SMEs at EEN-Moscow, part of the Enterprise Europe Network. From 2012 to 2013, they joined the International Trade Centre, working in the Office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. In 2013, they became a Research Assistant and Marie Curie Fellow at the University of St. Gallen - HSG. Their most recent work experience is as a Project Manager at NVISO from 2015 to 2020. Currently, they are a Project Lead at Kandou S.A. since November 2020.
Daria Shirokova holds a Master's degree in World Economics from the Higher School of Economics, which they obtained from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics at the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I. Lobachevsky (UNN) between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, during their time at UNN, they acquired an additional qualification in Language Interpretation and Translation, specifically in the field of Economics.
