Mohamed Amine Soulahi

Mohamed Amine Soulahi is a design for test engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry. Currently employed at Kandou S.A. since May 2022, previous roles include DFT engineer positions at STMicroelectronics from March 2018 to April 2022 and EASii IC from October 2013 to February 2018. Notable contributions at STMicroelectronics involved IP-level DFT tasks, including scan insertion, ATPG insertion, validation, and formal proof of netlists, as well as developing boundary scan tests for multi-chip modules.
