Clayton Duncan

Clayton Duncan has over 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry and has held various leadership positions. Clayton recently joined Kandu Health™ as the SVP Commercialization in 2023. Prior to this, they had founded Think Tank Health in 2020. Clayton worked at Goodside Health as the Chief Strategy Officer from 2021 to 2023 and at Signify Health as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Development from 2017 to 2020. Clayton was also the National Vice President of Business Development at The US Oncology Network in 2016 and the SVP of Corporate Development at Vantage Oncology from 2011 to 2016. Before that, they worked at HealthTronics, Inc. as the Vice President of Specialty Services from 2007 to 2011 and at McKesson Health IT as the Vice President of National Accounts from 2003 to 2007.

Clayton Duncan attended Texas Tech University from 1990 to 1994 and received a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, General. Clayton then attended Thunderbird School of Global Management from 1994 to 1995 where they obtained a Master's Degree in International Business. From 1995 to 1998 they attended SMU Dedman School of Law where they earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. Additionally, Clayton has obtained certifications in DSG Consulting - Higher Ground Sales Training, Franklin Covey Discovery Skills, Miller-Heiman Strategic Selling, and Wilson Learning - Presentation Skills.
