Maol Tom Nicoski Gisp, Ciao

Tom Nicoski, MAOL, GISP, CIAO has over 20 years of experience in GIS technologies. Tom served as the Chief of GIS-Technologies at Kane County Illinois since November 1992. Prior to that, they worked at a Local Mapping/GIS Company for 18 years, holding various roles such as Mapping/GIS Technician, Mapping/GIS Supervisor, Network Administrator, and Programmer Analyst.

Tom Nicoski, MAOL, GISP, CIAO has a diverse education history. Tom obtained a BA and MA in Management Information Systems and Organizational Leadership from Judson University. Additionally, they earned an AS and Certificate in Computer Science and Visual Basic Programming from Elgin Community College. Moreover, they obtained an AS, AA, and Certificate in Computer Science, Economics, and FORTRAN Programming from College of DuPage. Furthermore, Tom received a Certificate in Geographic Information Systems from Ferris State University.

In addition to their education, Tom has acquired several certifications. Tom is a Certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) from the GIS Certification Institute (GISCI). Tom is also a Certified Illinois Assessing Official (CIAO/I) from the Illinois Property Assessment Institute (IPAI).
