Kathleen Wall possesses extensive experience in both volunteer and professional roles. The Kane County Department of Employment & Education (KCDEE) receives federal funding from the Workforce Investment Act and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to administer workforce development services in Kane, DeKalb, and Kendall Counties in Illinois.
