Hector Carrasquillo

Hector Carrasquillo, MBA, MHRM, serves as the Senior Director of Operations for E-commerce and 3PL operations at ID Logistics US, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Hector was the Director of Operations for Packaging Automation and Customization Services at GEODIS from April 2021 to July 2025, where oversight of the packaging division's operations was a key responsibility. Prior to that, Hector led operations as Business Unit Leader at Duracell Inc. for the North America region from March 2019 to April 2021, focusing on driving growth and operational performance. Additional experience includes roles as Packaging Operations Manager at DHL Supply Chain, Operations Manager at GEODIS, Bio Lab Inc., and Golden State Foods. Hector holds an MBA and a Master's in Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, along with a Bachelor's in Technical Management from DeVry University and an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Massachusetts Bay Community College.
