Lawrence Catanzaro

Lawrence Catanzaro has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Lawrence started their career in various positions, including administrative assistance and risk management roles. In 2000, they became a partner at Hemisphere Financial Services, where they focused on mortgage sales and loan processing. From 2001 to 2007, they served as President of The Waterford Group Inc., during which they successfully negotiated and restructured debts for various creditors. In 2007, they joined Gentex Optics Inc as a Cost Accountant, where they developed standardized work instructions and made operating recommendations for profitability. Lawrence later became the Continuous Improvement Manager, leading Kaizen events and delivering significant cost savings. Since 2010, Lawrence has been Vice President of Transportation at ID Logistics US, overseeing all transportation divisions and driving a safety-first culture while promoting operational excellence and continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Lawrence Catanzaro obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Finance from Wilkes University from 1994 to 1998.
