Dennis Hogan

Dennis Hogan, CPA, LION, currently serves as the Internal Controls Audit Manager at Kaneka North America, overseeing SOX controls and internal audit since January 2021. Prior to this role, Dennis was the SAP Team FICO Conversion Lead and GL Supervisor, managing the conversion from ECC 6.0 to SAP S4/Hana. Experience includes positions at Total Petrochemicals and Refining, USA, where Dennis focused on internal controls and process improvements, and various contract roles emphasizing procurement and inventory project analysis. Dennis has held multiple leadership roles at BHP Billiton, netSpray, LLC, Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services, and Barwil Agencies Limited, supervising finance teams and managing financial operations. Dennis began a career in accounting at ExxonMobil, Reliant Energy, and CenterPoint Energy, accumulating extensive experience in financial analysis, reporting, and SAP systems management. Dennis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Houston.
