Ken Froedge

Ken Froedge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital technology and production management within the chemical and pharmaceuticals sectors. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Digital Technology & Innovation at Kaneka Americas Holding since April 2023, Ken has held various leadership roles within Kaneka North America since November 2015, including Director and Sr. Manager of Digital Technology and Innovation. Prior to this, Ken worked with Solvay in roles such as Production Superintendent, overseeing budgeting and plant activities for multiple operating units. Ken's career began at Vulcan Chemicals, where operations leadership and project management were key responsibilities, alongside roles at Albemarle Corporation focused on financial analysis and profitability reporting. Ken holds a BS in Chemical Engineering and an MBA, complemented by a BS in Accounting from The University of Alabama and Wichita State University.
