Elizabeth Wood

Elizabeth Wood has a strong background in procurement and supply chain management. Elizabeth is currently working as the Procurement Director at Kanes Foods Ltd. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Procurement at Fresh Direct (UK) from 2019 to 2020. From 2016 to 2019, they served as the Group Procurement Manager at Saladworks (Samworth Brothers). Elizabeth has also worked as a Business Sector Director Retail Own Brand at Fox's Biscuits plc from 2007 to 2011. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as a Supply Chain Consultant at Royal and SunAlliance from 2002 to 2004, and as a Lead Purchasing Manager at Cadbury Trebor Bassett from 2000 to 2002. Elizabeth has also held positions as a Buyer at Boston Lincolnshire from 1998 to 2000, and as a Buyer for labels and miscellaneous packaging at Campbell Soup Company from 1996 to 1998.

Elizabeth Wood attended Two Trees High School, where they completed their secondary education. After high school, they enrolled in Manchester University and obtained a BTEC National Diploma in Business Studies. Later, they pursued further studies at Staffordshire University and graduated with a BA hons Degree in Business Studies in 1996.
