Ronald J. Soave

Ronald J. Soave is the current President at Kaney Aerospace, and they have also previously held the position of GM / Product Leader - ECS, Valves, Controls at GE Aviation Power Systems - Rockford. Ronald has been in the engineering industry for over 30 years, and has experience with product development, management, and analysis. Ronald has also been responsible for inserting new technologies into airborne applications, and has been selected to represent Grumman Corporation in an industrial partnership with Los Alamos National Laboratory.

Ronald J. Soave received their MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations from the Florida Institute of Technology and their BS in Physics from the University at Albany, SUNY.

and James K. Whitley - Director of Operations reports to Ronald J. Soave. Their manager is Jeffrey J. Kaney, CEO. They work with Dave Nemeth - Quality Director, Jennifer Aurelien - Product Line Director, and Robert J. Soave - Director of Sales.
