Ronald J. Soave

Ron Soave is currently President and COO at Kaney Aerospace since June 2010. Additionally, Ron holds the position of High Performance Driving Experience Instructor at Blackhawk Farms Raceway since April 2021. With a background in engineering from Northrop Grumman and leadership roles at companies like GE Aviation Power Systems and Smiths Aerospace, Ron has extensive experience in program management, product development, and engineering. Ron holds an MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University at Albany.
