Fahad Al Rabbani Jillani

Fahad Al Rabbani Jillani has a diverse work experience in the field of software development. Fahad Al Rabbani is currently working as a Developer at Kani since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at BLM from January 2020 to September 2021 as a .NET Developer, where they supported the ongoing development of the firm's internal ASP.NET case management systems and reporting tool software in a team of eight developers.

Before joining BLM, Fahad worked at Innovative Technology Ltd, starting in December 2016. Fahad Al Rabbani held various roles during their tenure, including Software Engineer from June 2019 to January 2020. In this role, they designed and developed a software development kit (SDK) and example applications based on the SDK. Fahad Al Rabbani also worked on designing the SDK for multiple programming languages such as C# and C++.

Prior to that, Fahad was a Software Developer at Innovative Technology Ltd from December 2018 to June 2019. In this role, they maintained the suite of production software for testing and configuring cash and coin products. Fahad Al Rabbani also actively participated in brainstorming sessions for integrating new features and upcoming products, and provided software support for the production software, troubleshooting and fixing issues promptly.

Fahad's initial role at Innovative Technology Ltd was as a Graduate Software Developer from December 2016 to December 2018. During this time, they developed an internal diagnostic status app for the production floor, which tracked issues or problems on order lines and alerted production engineers. The app was built for Android and involved skills in background services and network calls to an API hosted on a private server.

Fahad Al Rabbani Jillani completed their education in a chronological manner. Fahad Al Rabbani attended Balderstone Technology College from 2005 to 2009 and obtained their GCSE degree in subjects such as Maths, Business Studies, Graphics, and ICT. Fahad Al Rabbani then pursued further education at Hopwood Hall College from 2009 to 2012, where they earned a BTEC Extended Diploma in ICT.

Following that, Fahad enrolled at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science.

In addition to their formal education, Fahad has also acquired various certifications. In March 2021, they obtained a C# (Basic) Certificate from HackerRank. In July 2015, they completed the "Git Essential Training" course from lynda.com. In April 2015, they completed the "iOS App Development with Swift Essential Training" course, as well as the "Swift Programming Language First Look" course, also from lynda.com. In November 2014, they completed the "Android SDK: Local Data Storage" course from lynda.com. Fahad Al Rabbani also has an incomplete certification in "App Evolution With Swift" from Code School, with no specified completion date.
