Yogendran Periyannan

Yogendran Periyannan has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Yogendran is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition at KANINI since September 2020, and prior to that, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at the same company since March 2019.

Before joining KANINI, Yogendran worked as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at GISbiz, Inc. from July 2013. Prior to that, they were employed at Raman Technologies, Inc as a Senior Manager of Client Delivery from October 2010 to June 2013.

Yogendran also held the role of Sr Executive for Recruitment at Quintegra Solutions from July 2007 to December 2008.

Their work experience also includes being a Team Lead at Helios & Matheson in 2006 and a Recruiter at Assenterra Systems Pvt LTD (Genome International) from April 2005 to April 2006.

Yogendran Periyannan completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from Madras University between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electronics from Periyar University from 2002 to 2005. Their earlier education includes attending KKMHSS from 1995 to 2000, although no degree or field of study is specified for this period.
