Rashid Shaikh

Rashid Shaikh has a comprehensive work experience spanning several years. Rashid started their career at Andromeda Marketing Pvt Ltd in 2009, where they held the position of Team Leader- Operations. Their responsibilities included managing team motivation, setting goals, and mentoring team members. In 2012, they joined Kankei, initially as a Team Leader- Operations, before progressing to roles such as Assistant Manager- Operations, Manager Operations, Sr. Manager Operations & Business Development, and currently as Associate Vice President- Operations & Business Development. Throughout their career, Rashid has demonstrated expertise in operation and process management, lead generation, customer service, complaint management, and client relationship management. Rashid has also been involved in project and key account management, ensuring operational excellence and delivering process requirements.

Rashid Shaikh holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Education and English Language from Chatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Kanpur University, Kanpur. Rashid also completed their Higher Secondary School Certificate from Sri Man Singh Inter College Allahabad, with a focus on Hindi, English, Science, and Social Studies.
