Rayanna Laux

Rayanna Laux began their work experience as a Science and Mathematics Tutor from August 2014 to June 2018. Rayanna then worked as a Laboratory Technician at Blood Systems from June 2017 to December 2017. In 2015, Rayanna worked as a Research Assistant at the Whitney Marine Lab-University of Florida, where they conducted research on identifying novel neuropeptides in cephalopods. Rayanna presented their findings at the annual REU symposium. From February 2018 to September 2020, they served as the Hygiene Department Coordinator at Marconi Dental Group. Since September 2020, Rayanna has been working at Kannact as a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. In addition to coaching participants, they also analyze participant data and trends alongside the COO and medical guidance team.

Rayanna Laux completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Cal Poly Humboldt from 2012 to 2017. In 2020, they began pursuing their Master of Science degree in Nutrition & Integrative Health at Maryland University of Integrative Health, completing the program in 2022. Rayanna obtained additional certifications as a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute Certified Health Coach from the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute in September 2022, ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification from ServSafe in April 2021, Adult Mental Health First Aid USA from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing in June 2022, and HIPAA Awareness for Healthcare Providers and HIPAA Security from HIPAA Training in September 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Community College Faculty Preparedness Certification from California State University-Sacramento for the year 2023.
