Sujay Pradhan

Sujay Pradhan is a highly experienced engineering professional with a proven track record in digital maintenance and project management across multiple industries. Currently serving as Manager of Central Engineering at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd since September 2019, Sujay has successfully implemented an IIOT-based digital maintenance strategy, resulting in a significant capacity release. Previously, at General Mills, Sujay contributed as a Senior Engineer for the C&FS Platform, managing MRO spare parts for multiple plants and leading capital projects for equipment processing. Earlier roles include Assistant Manager of Maintenance at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., where Sujay managed a team and improved maintenance processes, achieving notable certifications and awards. Sujay holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations, along with ongoing studies in Data Science & Business Analytics from the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin.
