Alaine Larkins, CPA, currently serves as an Accounting Manager at KCAV since 2021. Prior to this role, Alaine spent over a decade at Teva Pharmaceuticals in various capacities, including Senior Contract Compliance Auditor, where extensive experience was gained in conducting formulary compliance assessments for substantial pharmacy rebate contracts. As a Supervisor of Pharmacy Accounting, Alaine played a key role in the Shared Solutions Pharmacy expansion project, establishing accounting policies and reconciling transactions to support financial reporting needs while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Earlier in the career, Alaine worked as a Sr. Financial Analyst, managing month-end and year-end close processes and preparing critical financial statements and analysis. Alaine holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Northwest Missouri State University.
