Burdette (Pete) Fullerton, PhD, CEcD, CRP, CEC, brings extensive experience in economic development and leadership within the aviation and community sectors. Currently serving as Deputy Director of Properties & Commercial Development at the Kansas City Aviation Department, responsibilities include managing leasing and facility management to enhance departmental revenues. As the founder of Dr. Pete's Leadership Accelerator, LLC, focus is on executive coaching aimed at professional and personal success. Former roles include President/CEO of the Economic Development Corporation of Kansas City and Executive Director of the Platte County Economic Development Council, where Burdette managed numerous projects contributing to job creation and sustained community growth. An educational background includes a PhD in Human Capital Development from The University of Southern Mississippi and dual master's degrees in Policy Analysis and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
