Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Aviation - Marketing and Air Service Development at the Kansas City Aviation Department since April 2014, Justin leads a team focused on enhancing air service and customer relations. Previous roles include Interim Director of Aviation at the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority and Director of Air Service Development at Tampa International Airport, where Justin managed a multimillion-dollar incentive program and developed air service budgets. Earlier career highlights include positions at Kansas City Aviation Department, AirTran Airways, and Vanguard Airlines, encompassing strategic planning, scheduling, and route development. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
