Roy Brown currently serves as a Water Quality Technician at the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities, a position held since August 2003. Additionally, Roy has experience in leak detection and worked as a Real Estate Agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices from February 2021 to February 2024. Roy pursued further education in cybersecurity through Springboard, obtaining a certificate in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from November 2022 to April 2024. Previous educational accomplishments include certificates in Airframe Mechanics and Aircraft Maintenance Technology from the Aviation Institute of Maintenance and in Water Quality and Wastewater Treatment Management from Fort Scott Community College, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Business Administration from Kansas City Kansas Community College.
