Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Kansas City Board of Public Utilities (BPU) is responsible for setting strategic direction, overseeing operational excellence, managing financial health, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. Comprised of the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Communications Officer, this team collaborates to drive initiatives that enhance service reliability and sustainability for nearly 65,000 electric and 53,000 water customers in the Kansas City, Kansas area.
