Kansas City Hospice & Palliative Care
There’s a long list of hospices in Kansas City, but there’s only one Kansas City Hospice! Our commitment to Kansas City KC’s original hospice, leader in palliative home health care, serving the greater Kansas City area since 1980. Local leadership keeps our focus on caring for our community with expertise and compassion. Unmatched expertise Our award-winning palliative care experts include board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and five teams of RNs, social workers, chaplains, CNAs, art/music therapists and grief support specialists. Outstanding volunteers More than 300 dedicated volunteers work to bring such a breadth of services to patients and families. They assist the care teams, work to grant wishes, provide special services to veterans and even care for pets in times of need. A place almost like home When care is too complicated to take place at home, Kansas City Hospice House™ and NorthCare Hospice House provide a quiet and safe haven for patients and families alike. Still nonprofit Our focus is on caring for our community instead of maximizing our bottom line. Our commitment is to care for all ages at all stages of serious illness, making sure the whole family receives support all along the way.
