Sharon Ivy

Sharon Ivy is an accomplished legal and event management professional with extensive experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives, attorney recruiting, and workers’ compensation law. Currently serving as the Manager of Diversity & Inclusion and Attorney Recruiting & Diversity Manager at Stinson LLP since March 2016, Sharon has successfully developed trial strategies, negotiated substantial settlements, and managed a diverse caseload of workers' compensation matters. Prior to this role, Sharon was a Senior Associate Attorney at Fields & Brown, LLC, where significant contributions included analyzing complex legal issues and conducting disparity studies for public contracting compliance. Sharon also has a background in event planning as the owner of Sharon Ivy Events, where significant achievements included doubling market share and revenue. Sharon holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Missouri State University.
