David Kenner

David Kenner is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in various legal and leadership roles. Currently serving as Attorney/Secretary for the Board of Police Commissioners of Kansas City, Missouri, since August 2010, David also holds positions as a Member of the Board of Trustees for UMKC Trustees and as a Director for TriCentury Bank. In academia, David is an Assistant Teaching Professor at the Henry W. Bloch School of Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Previous roles include President of Levy Craig Law Firm, Director at Great American Bank, and Attorney for the Resolution Trust Corporation, with a notable background in banking, business law, health care, and real estate. David’s educational qualifications include a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Computer Science from The University of Kansas.
