Monica Curls, MA, MSOD, serves as a School Board Member for Kansas City Public Schools since April 2023 and holds the position of Manager of Government Compliance at Terracon since September 2015, overseeing government compliance billing and contract accounting. Previous roles include Project Controls Analyst and Senior Procurement Representative at Black & Veatch, as well as Management Consultant for political campaigns.
