Daniel Hartman

Daniel Hartman is an elected official serving as a Board of Alderman for Ward I in the City of Smithville, Missouri, from April 2023 to 2027, responsible for passing and amending local laws. In 2023, Daniel also became an elected Board Member for the University of Missouri Extension Urban West, with a leadership role as Chairman of the Clay County Chapter in 2024. As Treasurer Elect for the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS, Daniel contributes to representing over 13,000 members. Daniel operates Show-Me Real Estate and The Hartman Real Estate Team, focusing on commercial and residential real estate, and manages Hartman Cattle Company II, LLC, a cow-calf operation in Smithville. Additionally, Daniel serves as the President of the Rotary Club of Smithville until June 2024 and has held various operational leadership positions in the landscaping and contracting sectors. Education includes an Associate degree in Business from Lincoln School of Commerce and a prerequisite certification for holding a Real Estate License.
