Rob Wagoner is an experienced professional in the real estate technology and multiple listing services sectors. Currently serving as Director at the Council of Multiple Listing Services since January 2023, Rob also holds the position of Senior Vice President and MLS Director at both the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS and Heartland MLS, roles maintained since February 2019. With a long tenure at Heartland Multiple Listing Service beginning in November 2004, Rob has transitioned through various roles, including Data Services Manager and IT Manager, significantly contributing to IT management and the Matrix MLS system. Prior experience includes serving as Interim MLS Director at the Kansas City Regional Association of REALTORS and positions within Martech as a Data Analyst/Programmer. Rob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Management and Computer Science from DeVry University.
