Jordan McDowell has a diverse work experience in the field of soccer. Jordan is currently working as an Education Program Specialist at United Soccer Coaches since June 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Coach at Kansas City Scott Gallagher starting from June 2021. Jordan also had their own venture called Jordan's Individual Soccer Training which they started in August 2015, where they served as a Coach. Jordan McDowell has a diverse education history with a focus on criminal justice and soccer coaching. From 2008 to 2010, Jordan attended Kansas City Kansas Community College, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science. Following this, from 2011 to 2013, Jordan studied at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice.

In addition to their academic pursuits, Jordan has also obtained several certifications related to soccer coaching. They have a USSF National "C" License from the U.S. Soccer Federation obtained in December 2021. Jordan also holds certifications such as Goalkeeping Level 1 from United Soccer Coaches and Level 1 in Talent Identification from The Football Association, both obtained in June 2019. Furthermore, they possess a USSF National "D" License obtained in June 2018 and a USSF National "E" License obtained in February 2015, both from the U.S. Soccer Federation.

Kansas City Scott Gallagher Soccer Club strives to be the best club in the country and to positively impact our community. The club is built on the tradition of playing the beautiful game with technically efficient players and teams. Players are encouraged to respect all aspects of the game including parents, coaches, opponents, referees, and facilities. We want players to play the game with passion, yet have humility in everything we do. We believe we are stronger together and promote unity in our club, our teams, and our community. Kansas City Scott Gallagher (KCSG) is a 501(c)(3) Missouri not-for-profit established in 2005 as KC Select, initially based in Lee’s Summit, MO. KCSG has grown to over 1,400 member players, over 100 teams and over 600 families spread across all major cities of the greater Kansas City Metro Area in both Missouri and Kansas. KCSG has male and female players ranging from 5-19 years old playing at all levels of soccer: recreational, developmental, competitive and premier. KCSG has developed teams who have won State, Regional and National-level events. Through its programs, KCSG has trained, mentored and developed over 100 local youth to earn athletic scholarships at the NCAA Division 1, 2, 3 through NAIA or Junior College levels. Since October 2014, Paragon Star, LLC has selected KCSG as the anchor tenant for soccer field usage. Additionally, KCSG has long term lease agreements for training fields at the Olathe Soccer Sports Complex, Homefield - KC, Homefield - Olathe plus various locations across the KC Metro Area including the Northland. Our office is centrally located at Homefield – KC between I-435 and Highway 71 on Bannister Road.
