Teresa Prochaska

Teresa Prochaska is an experienced human resource professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Administration - HR at the Kansas Department of Transportation since July 2024. Prior to this role, Teresa held the position of Bureau Chief of Human Resources at KDOT from February 2023 and served as Assistant Bureau Chief from January 2022. Teresa's extensive experience includes a long tenure at Five Star Senior Living, where Teresa worked as Human Resources Director from February 2003 to January 2022.
