John Rogers has worked in the telecommunications industry for over 30 years, with experience ranging from technical support to engineering and management. John started their career at Siemens in 1988 as a Technical Support EWSD. In 2003, they moved to Darien Telephone as a Central Office, and then transitioned to CopperCom in 2005. At CopperCom, they served as both Technical Support Engineer and TAC Manager until 2014, when they joined Kansas Fiber Network, LLC as a Switch Engineer. Overall, John's experience demonstrates their strength in technical support, as well as their ability to successfully manage teams and tackle engineering challenges.

John Rogers has a diversified education history. John holds a master's degree in Management Information Systems from Fort Hays State University, which they were pursuing in 2016. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Networking and Telecom in 2016 and a BS degree in Technology Leadership in 2013, both from the same institution, Fort Hays State University. In 2010, John earned an AAS degree in Computer Support Networking from Hutchinson CC. John also became an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) after studying at Hutchinson Community College in 2013. Finally, they completed their high school education at William R Boone High School, Orlando FL. John has also obtained additional certifications, including SSCP from (ISC)², MEF CECP from Carrier Ethernet Academy, and CCNA VOICE from Cisco.
