Leonard Ross

Leonard Ross has over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, starting as a Satellite Communications Station Duty Officer in the US Navy. Leonard has worked in various roles including Test and Acceptance Technician at Williams Communications, NOC at Citynet, and Network Engineer at Cox Communications. In their most recent position as Transport Engineer at Kansas Fiber Network, they were responsible for the detailed network design, procurement, deployment and administration of a state-wide MPLS, OADM and DWDM networks, and providing support for member and customer integrations, migrations, or augments.

Leonard Ross attended Broken Arrow High School from 1986 to 1989. Leonard later received communications training in the US Navy from 1990 to 1999, with a focus on US Navy communications and satellite training. Additionally, they obtained several certifications including Ciena K2/Corestream, Fujitsu 4100/4300/4500/9500, MEF (Metro Ethernet Forum), and Nortel OC48/192/Optera, although the specific years they obtained each certification are unknown.
