Zach Puls has had extensive experience in the field of network engineering and IT-related services. Zach started their career at QuikTrip as a Customer Service Associate in 2012 and later worked as a Help Desk Coordinator at Pioneer Balloon Company. In 2015, Zach became a Software Developer at Aero-Mach Labs, where they developed a badge reader system and streamlined business processes. In 2016, they joined Net-Ability as a Network Consultant, where they provided regular assessment and progression services to SMB/Small Enterprise clients and developed a monitoring solution for managed services. Since 2017, Zach has been associated with Kansas Fiber Network, where they started as a Network Engineer and eventually became a Network Engineer II and III. Zach was instrumental in designing, managing, and improving infrastructure across five states. Zach also led a team of 5 network engineers and provided senior-level support while handling escalations and supporting network construction projects. Zach played a key role in creating technical documentation and standards that all junior engineers could follow.

Zach Puls attended Andover High School from 2009 to 2013, where they studied General Studies. Zach then went on to attend Butler Community College from 2013 to 2014, where they continued their studies in General Studies. From 2015 to 2017, Zach attended Butler Community College once again, this time pursuing studies in Software Development. Additionally, they obtained several certifications in various subjects, including Network Professional from TestOut Corporation in May 2016, Nimble Technical Professional from Nimble Storage in March 2016, Carrier Ethernet Certified Professional from MEF Forum in September 2018, and CCNA from Cisco in July 2021.
