Racquel Thiesen has extensive experience in leadership development and community engagement, currently serving as a Partnership Developer at Kansas Leadership Center since February 2010, where responsibilities include fostering relationships to enhance leadership programs nationwide. In addition, Racquel holds multiple roles at Wichita State University, including Director of Community Partnerships, Design and Facilitation Consultant, and Adjunct Faculty Instructor, focusing on teaching leadership development courses. Earlier career achievements include tenure as a City Councilwoman for the Cities of Newton and Goessel, KS, and serving as Director of Operations for the Newton Area Chamber of Commerce from January 1991 to October 2006.
